Enrolment Procedures

This includes a PAC levy of $50 per term. A non-refundable $50 application fee is charged per application, additional to the fees above. Desk fees are non-refundable.
To register for the above intake your child must be born between 1st January – 31st December 2017. Please submit your application to the office at Gateway Primary School between Monday 11th September 2021 and Friday 3rd January 2022.
You need to enclose a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate and a colour passport-sized photo with your letter (being sure to include your physical address) as well as a self-addressed envelope plus the completed questionnaire (see below). The first thirty letters we pick out at random form our waiting list (note that we receive approximately 200 applications each year and have limited seats to offer to the public so applicants should apply to every possible school to avoid disappointment). Responses will be ready for collection from the office on Friday 2/4/2022.
To enrol your child into our school you need to complete the attached questionnaire and return it with the waiting list/application form and one digital photo of your child at age 5.
Your child will be put on the relevant Grade waiting list, subject to assessment and meeting the required criteria for Open Enrollment entries. Please note you are advised to apply to as many schools as possible, as we cannot guarantee a place for your child.
